Our story

We began as a two-person studio: one chef, one forager. The first menus were for friends and studios that needed thoughtful food without the fuss.

Early clients asked for repeatability — meals that could be reproduced by a line cook while retaining the signature notes. That demand shaped our approach: templates for technique, and a listening process for taste.
